Hampton Inn & Suites Munster

The hotel was overall nice and comfortable, with a great location near restaurants. There were issues like a lack of towels and unprofessional service at times. Breakfast could definitely use improvement as well, but the welcoming staff made the experience more pleasant.

Incredible base for 1 night with exceptionally attentive and helpful staff at the customer service. Clean pool, parking nearby. The early check-in process too. Easy location really close to a tournament that was located in Whiting and the surgical center and other restaurants, Walgreens and Starbucks. Also, in a nice safe area. The hotel of choice in Munster.

The room was reasonably spacious with 2 beds, the staff was super friendly.

I had a great experience here. my room was super clean and the front desk staff were really helpful when I had questions. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was a small mix-up on my bill at checkout, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Second night the room we got was much better

Didn't have my reservation and didn't get correct room first night. Waiting to be compensated in some way. Not very happy with the process

The pool had a strong chlorine odor and was uninviting due to cleanliness issues!!! The room furnishings felt outdated and could really use a makeover for a refreshingly modern feel!!!

The staff was helpful, especially with my child. They even went out of their way to help us find some local attractions that were kid-friendly. The pool area was a breath of fresh air, far from being crowded, great to relax after a long day.

It was a bit pricy, but honestly, the experience made it worth it.

This hotel suits me perfectly. With great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a jacuzzi, I always feel at home. The staff once resolved a room issue at night, which I appreciate. I'm coming back for Easter!
